At our home goods online store, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible shopping experience and getting your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here is some essential information regarding our shipping procedures:

Shipping Times

Our average shipping time is between 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the specific items you have ordered. However, please note that some products may take longer to ship due to high demand or supply chain issues. If you require expedited shipping or have specific timing needs, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping options for our customers, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Our standard shipping option uses reliable carriers, and your order will be delivered to your doorstep. If you choose expedited shipping, your order will be given priority processing and will arrive faster than standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers, but please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you have any questions or concerns about international shipping, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
